GTBuy Spreadsheet itself is a reference database. The actual purchases happen through the linked sellers and agents. We recommend always using an agent for buyer protection, requesting QC photos before shipping, and reading our QC Guide before placing any orders.

The spreadsheet is organized by category columns. Each row represents a product with columns for name, price, seller link, QC status, and notes. Use the filter dropdowns at the top to sort by category, price range, or batch quality. Our Database Guide article explains advanced filtering techniques.

For Europe, EUB and SAL are budget options (2-4 weeks). Triangle shipping via Germany or UK is recommended for high-value hauls to avoid direct customs inspection. DHL and FedEx are faster but more expensive. Check our Europe Shipping article for detailed 2026 recommendations.

When ordering through an agent, select 'QC Photos' or 'Inspection Photos' at checkout. Standard is 3-5 photos per item. You can request specific angles or measurements in the order notes. Our QC Guide article shows exactly what to look for in each photo.

Most agents offer refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving QC photos if the item is defective or significantly different from the listing. This is why QC photos are critical - never ship without reviewing them first. Read our QC Guide for the redlight checklist.
